These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms bind and benefit us and our successors; you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
